The Wynne airport is operated by a commission.  Members are: Gary Countz, Gene Boeckmann, Dr. John Kerr, Shannon Hobbs and Chad Runsick.

The City of Wynne in partnership with Cross County, St. Francis County and Forrest City is constructing a regional airport located at Colt. 

The Wynne airport is located north of 64B.
